    This book was one of the best that I have read. I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone that really wants to understand themselves and others and how you got to this point and how to move on in a very enlightening and eye opening way.     I so highly highly recommend this book for teenagers and all ages above. I have been reading a plethora of self growth books lately, and Stop Letting Everything Affect You is by far the best book that I have ever read. Daniel Chidiacs’ writings resonated with my soul ! There were so many a-ha moments that I saw myself in throughout the book. His healing messages are soothing, positive, and I felt like they were written just for me.     What an amazing book! The author is concise, down to the point, explaining a lot of very useful information without being side-tracked with unnecessary fluff. I have been to at least eight different psychologists over the years and they could not explain to me everything Daniel Chidiac explained in this book. He provides simple solutions that can be easily incorporated into a daily life. This book has been very helpful to me. 5 stars to the author. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely fantastic book! I got this just to read in my spare time. It’s almost like the author knew me and was telling me these things as a friend. Definitely one of the few self-help books that have actually helped me. If you have any problems with boundaries with people, when someone tells you they don’t want to date you, or they end things suddenly, or you have anxiety and you ruminate until you can’t sleep or you’re nauseous, this book is for you. Don’t hesitate, it’s amazing. I finished it within three days.
